saturday sucked.  i reffed men's broomball from 4 until the miami hockey game, which i had to film.  we lost 2-1 :(.  then i had to ref two hockey games, the second one resulted in us kicking out three players.  i got home around 12:30pm.  i feel like ive just gone through soccer conditioning practice.  i also have a terrible sore throat and my "no drugs" policy has given me a splitting headache

anyhow, i have to ref 3 more games tonight, which isnt so bad.  I DID manage to get a girl's number yesterday, and she invited me to the party she was at, but it seemed too late and i felt so bad i knew that i wouldnt have any fun.  i slept until 2 today, something i cant afford since i have a tough Ochem exam tomorrow.  Me and Charlie had a nice discussion on how much immature people suck.  I've made far less progress on reading the Fellowship than I would have liked...I have only had about 15 minutes that I have felt like reading at all.  School and work have been getting in the way, but its cool.  Life's a bitch and then you marry one, my dad's friend always said.

Went to the Miami U. vs Michigan game tonight (had to be there...my job is to film the games) and guess who won?  Let me give you a hint:

ok i recently had an ephiphany: selfishness does NOT exist.  see, its just this crazy idea formulated by greedy people.  they want something you have, and since it is yours and you have every right to do whatever you want with it, including NOT sharing it, and so they call you selfish to make you feel bad.  for instance, say [Jim] wants my Teddy Grahams (mmmmm) and i dont want to share.  im hungry, we are out of food, and i am really enjoying snacking on the little cinnamon bears.  [Jim] wants said tiny cookies, and i refuse.  [Jim] calls me selfish.  I am not selfish.  He is greedy.  My roommate doesnt agree, as he argues that it is moral in almost every culture to do to others as you would have them do to you.  perhaps, but i still think im right.  If i were in [Jim's] place I may want the pastries, but they are not mine so I should leave Kevin alone and fuck off .

Here's an idea: DEMOCRATS came up with the word selfish so they can make all the concervatives share their hard-earned moneys.  Greedy bastards.  Or are the republicans greedy? Bah! politics SUCK

On a side note i checked out Fellowship of the Ring.  I am going to read the trilogy before the movie comes out.  If anyone else there is trying to FINISH the trilogy before the last movie, you'd better hurry.  Im a fast reader.  I will keep you updated with my progress so you know when you have to get on your ass and read

Wow another day.  I had to wait a whole day before I posted because I wanted it to look like I was only posting one day at a time.  Lots of posts on the same day would look a little wierd for me.  Anyhow, if you want to know my life story, you're a little late.  Almost 18 years late.  But hey, I can catch you up on all the recent stuff ;).  I'm 17, I am a sophomore here at Miami University of Ohio, double-majoring in classical humanities (Latin, Greek, Ancient History) and microbiology.  Pastimes include reading and playing videogames with friends online.  Be sure to check out the blogs of the guys that i got listed to the left cause they are the ones that forced/inspired me to want to do this thing.
